Menu & Product Development
Menu Development focuses primarily on the flavor selection and design of a menu. When developing custom menus for clients, we look at the brand's story, guest demographics, local ingredients, and specialties. Staff Training will provide a good understanding of coffee, including the basics of production, roasting, and brewing, which should be the foundation for any barista.
