How to Use – Backflush
- Clean: Place 3–5g of CORSA RestorePlus+ into the blind filter. Lock the portafilter into the group head, then run 10 seconds ON / 10 seconds OFF for 5 cycles.
- Rinse: Remove and rinse the portafilter thoroughly. Reinstall and repeat the same cycle using clean water only.
- Ready: Brew and discard 1 espresso shot before using the machine for serving.
Soak Cleaning
For suitable removable parts, soak filters and portafilters for approximately 15 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with potable water.
Important: Do not soak aluminum containers or components.
